Olivier Belzile is a self-taught chef for who gastronomy has no secrets. Pillared in the kitchen team since joining Le Local in 2009. Olivier has over twenty years of experience in the culinary field. He has most notably worked at l’Épicier and at restaurant F (Vasco de Gamma). He now shares his love and passion for food with his team of more than 20 cooks. It?s now the clients of Le Local that can enjoy his expertise and creativity.
